Next, access the format command of the home ribbon or simply press the key tip alt h followed by O. Now arrow up until you arrive to the hide and unhide submenu, expand the submenu, use your up and down arrow keys and press enter on the preferred choice. To unhide, you must select the data before and after the hidden range, for example, if you have row c hidden, select rows b and d.
