Okay, I will explain this best I can.  To hide and unhide columns, the key 
strokes are alt plus h, the letter O, and arrow up or down until you hear "hide 
and unhide submenu"  Of course you need to select what you are trying to hide 
or unhide, hit enter on your choice, and it's donw.  HTH
