It did not occur to me that they would work in 7 which is what I thought Mike was using at this point. Since many command line arguments work it follows that some registry hacks would work as well. You probably have them, look for these: remove SHARE.REG noshareddocuments.reg I have used one or the other on all of my XP machines.
