I believe the access key is JAWS key + space bar, followed by the letter X. You first need to be positioned on the heading or other attribute of a webpage that you wish to modify. When you press the key combination mentioned, a menu will open showing all the available options for that item. One very nice thing is to be able to block all ads. Another is to be able to start reading at a particular point on a given page.
