How to Empty the Clipboard in Windows XP

The Clipboard feature in Windows XP is a key tool in collecting and working
with text, graphics and even files. Whenever you copy and paste text in a
word processing program, or copy and image in an image editing program, you
are using the Windows clipboard to briefly hold that data. After a long
project or a lot of cutting and pasting, you may wish to clear the
clipboard. This can be done with the Clipbook Viewer.

Instructions

1 Click the Windows "Start" menu and choose "Run."

2 Type "clipbrd" and click "OK." The Clipbook Viewer will appear.

3 In the Clipbook Viewer menu, click "Edit" and choose "Delete."

4 You will be asked "Do you want to clear the contents of the Clipboard?"
Click "Yes."

5 Close the Clipbook Viewer.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] On the clipboard? What's there/how to clear it?

Is there a keystroke, or series, that would allow me to go to, review, and
clear my clipboard?
