In "word",sometimes when I use the up or down arrow to read a line, I hear, something like, 72 points or another number. It seems to happen if there is a space before the sentence. If I use "control arrow" I don't hear the "point" message. How do you turn this feature off? Another question. I have had many strange issues with "word". For example, it may not load until I restart the computer. Or, it may suggest starting up in "safe" mode. Or, when reading by line, it may read the line twice. Is there a way to search if something is corrupted. Or, are there any suggestions on "all" the settings that are good with JAWS users?. Thanks for all of the help.
