Using XP SP3, JAWS 12. Was installing Flash 11 today. It got to the 50% mark and then told me to close the following programs. I closed IE 8 and Outlook. I then retried, and it insisted I close the program. Gave me a graphic number but not the name of a program. When I hit insert, alt, delete it says the install Flash is the only thing running. Do I have to unload JAWS? Never have had to before.
