I guess I didn't explain that very well. Seems like somewhere back there, if you had a certain amount of memory it was considered to be 32 bit, if you had more it was 64 bit. Hi Trish, I have found that version 11 works marginally, so 12 or higher should perform much better. I'm not quite sure what you are asking in regards to the 32 64-bit question, but it will have to match the operating system. Jaws won't install otherwise.
