Did you try the steps I wrote? It should still be there. I have updated
Java before. If not, try restarting your machine and use those steps as
soon as you get the message.

Having the same trouble here, but there's no way that I know of to
get to
the balloon without installing another jaws script, and I haven't
been able
to do that successfully, either, using jaws 14.
