Mark, I have not been following this thread very closely, so if you have already provided the answers to my below questions, I apologize.
What is the size of the paper you are using before you fold it? What will the size of the bulletin be once it is finished? Will you be stapling the pages together? If so, by hand or will the photocopy machine be doing the stapling? How many pages will the finished bulletin have? The cover page counts as 1, the backside of the cover is 2, the page opposite 2 is 3, the back side of page 3 is 4, and so on. Will the text be arranged in 2 or more columns on each page? What version of MS-Word are you using? However, I never quite get everything correct. By using the JAWS cursor I found a spot on the screen that said that the system is set for left edge binding. I need the binding to be set in the middle of the page. That way I can fold the bulletin. The trouble is, when I click on the binding settings, nothing changes. Any ideas on how to change this? Thank you. God bless, Mark God loves You! It should be under the Page Layout tab under page set up option, make sure that it is set to portrait. Which means the page is vertical in position. Printing the pages in order should not be a problem. Alt + F to get to the word options menu, under print you just hit enter there. You will get a dialog box for the print options. Select the ones you want like pages per sheet 1 etc. Make sure you have the right size of paper loaded in the printer e.g. A4, which is the normal letter size page. Rest you need to tab around and come to the print button and hit enter. Suggestion would be that you practice this with sighted assistance first few times. Then when you are all set to go, you can do it yourself without any assistance. However, no matter what settings I change, the pages seem to be in the wrong place when I print them. I was wondering how one goes about printing a bulletin in MS Word 2010 using JAWS 14? It would be wonderful to be able to print them out on my own. My internet searchs have given me no useful information. Thank you in advance. God bless, Mark God loves You!
