I think the email address/serial number field will open up once you have
entered a valid service order number in the previous field. So first enter
the service order number and then tab to the emial address/serial number
field, and you should be able to enter it. I checked this page using
Firefox, and the email address/serial number field doesn't even show up, so
this is not aJAWS, Windows 7 or browser issue.

I am trying to fill out an order form. I found the field to put my order
Number, however, the edit field where I need to put my email address,
says
"edit unavailable", I even found the status button but can't move until I
can get my email in.
This is a HP repair form that I am trying to fill out, to see what is the
status on my notebook. My brother did it for me yesterday, I want to do
this my self if there's away to do it.
