Gerald, I did just that. I put the order number and when I got to the email edit field, Jaws did say edit, but it also said unavailable. I'll work on it again, I really would like to know what's gappening with my computer. Thanks!

I think the email address/serial number field will open up once you have entered a valid service order number in the previous field. So first enter the service order number and then tab to the emial address/serial number field, and you should be able to enter it. I checked this page using Firefox, and the email address/serial number field doesn't even show up, so this is not aJAWS, Windows 7 or browser issue.
