I've only been playing Alteraeon for a few months and I've never heard of this Marcos character either. And I think I've done all the quests given by the Vemarken general storekeeper. As well as most, if not all, the ones in Hildibrad. As well as a few in Bandera Azul and Stillwater. So is this guy accessed via a job rather than a quest, and if so who gives said job or quest?
