It doesn't make any sense to me, either.  Some stores advertise that if you 
can find the same item for less money and can show proof of it, they will 
match the lower price.  However, this is up to that particular outfit if 
they choose to do so.  If I can find Monty for $9.95 elsewhere, how about a 
partial refund to me?  heh heh heh.  Sheesh.  Then again, if I can find it 
elsewhere for $99.95, shouldn't you get the difference?  Don't worry--I 
will! not! go! looking!
