Why do people assume Alchemy is gone? James has not said he is closing down the
company, he has only said that he is offering refunds for pre-orders taken. The
only game not mentioned is Raceway.
James has release some very good games in the past and he may do so in the
future. None of us know what he is doing. Perhaps he will continue to work on
the games and release them some day. Currently he is offering a refund for
pre-orders taken. I, for one, see this as a good thing.
