yeah, as far as I know, Raceway has moved into the hands of Adora (sorry, 
Draconis Entertainment :-), hasn't it?
And I guess that so many people (perhaps including myself) think he's gone 
because of the manner in which his message is written, seems that he doesn't 
just offer the refunds, he just orders pre-orderers to take their money 
back, or that's what it sounds like.
Also, the Monty list doesn't seem to exist any more, or at least I cannot 
post there, I get a permanent fatal delivery error.
Just to try to explain peoples' feelings.
