Hi, I must say I don't think I like James keeping the money only because Tom would not be getting anything, and I believe every one should get there money back for one reason. Ok for the ones who paid James, We did not get anything and he is out of the Gaming world we have no way of getting a hold of him at all. And have no idea what will or will not happen to USA games, so lets say for some reason Tom is unable to complete the games then what how do we get our money back? It can't be by James he is gone, it should not be Tom he didn't get the money to begin with. So I believe the safe thing is to give all money back and when the game is done the person who did the game will get the money for all the hard work he or she put into it. Susan

If James keeps the money for preordered games and does not send the games, he gets money for nothing. You produce the games and get nothing. The gamer paid James North for a game ultimately produced by you. Uh! oh! It just occurs to me that this is sort of like games that James produced or was working on that we bought, then sold the products to Adora Entertainment who continued work on them and got only the money for new sales. Pinball Xtreme, anyone? Now, I think I got the idea. Yes, I can say "duh?" ha ha ha. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Thomas Ward" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, February 24, 2006 1:04 PM Subject: Re: audyssey: The future of Alchemy's games > Hi, all. > All I can say is lets take things slow.
