Hi Ken, I have found some low-cost solutions for the security issues with .NET thanks to some help from a fellow game developer. A good solution can be had for under $200. there is also a free solution as well, but has less security than the program I am looking at for $175.00. So if you are selling the $175 won't be much when you concidder all the games you will be selling. However, for free games the free dotfuscator should be enough security to keep most hackers away from your code.] This has nothing to do with Microsoft being lazy. It happens to be a common problem with languages that are compiled to a runtime intermediate language and not a native machine binary. Sun Java has a similar security hole, and the fix is the same as with .NET.
