I agree. For security reasons any discussions should be held quietly off
list. If there ever was a bug or vonerability discovered in the tool you
were using, and it was known to the hacker you were using that
particular tool, and then it could be come a risk.
As for obfuscation there are actually better solutions than that. There
are programs that mix your MSIL with native machine code to really
scramble it beyond sane human retreaval. Which is what you want. Isn't
perfect, but I don't see many people defeating that level of security often.
I would tell you the tool I am investing in, but the developer who
shared it with me did so on the agreement I did not spread it around.
