The Sapi voice is determined by the voice you have selected in your speech
setting under control panel. Whichever voice you have selected there will
be the voice that talks to you in the game.
If people want it, I can include controls to change the voice, but most
folks have their default set to the one they like in speech settings, so it
is a bit redundant really.
There are keyboard controls to speed up and slow down the voice as well,
and you will want to crank it up as fast as you can understand it, trust me,
grin.
