You can actually use the control insert s combination to bring up a dialog box to switch synthesizers with jaws. If you choose sapi, the current sapi voice will be your voice. You can change synthesizer settings in your configuration manager for the sapi synthesizer as well, or switch voices in the voices menu in the main jaws program.
