I also just found out from a friend yesterday that for the first time in years someone set her big window air conditioner up and did not have the proper half bubble , ya know, tipping out and down a bit . thus by running this machine 24 hours a day for now a couple of weeks the machine froze up. by leaving it unplugged and able to thaw , strangely enough the window air conditioner works again and a neighbor has reset some outside boards to now excess water can drip outside as it should. any thoughts to help other readers here would be appreciated. thanks.Lee
