I have one of these and will have to look up the information on where I got it from, but it does heat 1000 sqf. You must have it by an indoor wall not an outside wall and put it on carpet as on cement the cement will absorb and not let it heat properly so my instructions said. I used it a little last year and it did great. I have not used it enough to tell if this will help be cost effective or not.
