Carl:

Sandblasting is very air-intensive.  The smallest ones I know about probably 
require a minimum of 45 cfm.  So, we're talking about a gasoline or diesel 
powered unit like you'd find in construction work as opposed to a shop 
compresser.

  CFM stands for cubic feet per minute compression.

  with your compressor being old and a decent weighted tank you're safe to be 
  able to run any pro air equipment. 

  what do you want to do with it besides inflate and clean?
