Hi All, I am looking for a simple solution to the problem of knowing if the basement lights are on or off. Some days I can detect if the light is on but not all of the time. Years ago I had a neat smoke detector that screwed into a light socket and the bulb then screwed into this detector. The unit had rechargeable batteries. Whenever you turned on the light the unit would beep letting you know it was charging. I haven't seen any of them in years. Is there some alarm that will beep when the lights are turned on?
