The only one not to use is the magnetic phono input.  Anything labeled tape, 
CD player, Tuner, or the like will work.  You plug the other end to the line 
output of the sound card.  If your speakers are plugged in there you can get 
a Y connector and feed both inputs from the one output.  That is quite 
alright, the reverse, feeding two outputs to one input, is not.
