Ok, so does the talking tire gage come minus batteries? Also, where is the battery compartment? May be making a trip to radio shack shortly. I see a rubber bubble button, and a teeny tiny plastic switch and what I figure is a LCD screen between the two.. The speaker seems to be at the bottom of that same side. There is a metal insert which comes out and can be swopped around, I figure for different sized stems. And, the whole thing pops apart down the middle. I did get something which talks about changing the batteries, but my reader didn't make much since out of it. There is a rubber stopper piece at the back of it behind the part which goes over the stem. May write back later to report what radio shack could tell me.
