Lee, you might have a really bad moisture problem. Considering your sump pumps running when it rains, I might suggest trying a dehumidifier, one that operates at lower than normal temps. If the windows and doors work different at different times of the year, I would check into a humidity recorder that does a graph and mark the days. Find out if there is a madness to the means. ..................bob
