Baked lumber is what is replacing pressure treated and other. It is baked in large ovens and it destroys the sugar in the lumber and sap. Nothing will eat it because there is nothing in it for them, and it will not rot. It can however absorb tons of water and dry out time after time without warping. ...........bob
