Not to drag this out forever but our problem is not so much the shower head but the smaller hand held shower head which is attached to a diverter and that little diverter is a pain in the but. it has as some of you know two buttonsand the lower button which controls the water to divert to the hand held massager sticks sometimes in one position. then it gets taken off or unscrewed and as most of you had said loet soak for awhile in vineagar and a couple of times working the buttons. a couple of hours later rinse in warm water. . now this is a metal one. I have found out that lowes for $9.99 has the same thing only in like a P V C material so I am going to get that one to see how long it holds up in the hard water. Lee
