Hey Frédéric, thank you for working on this. Typically, for things like bug fixes and minor changes to the feature, we defer to code owners and reviewers to make a judgement of whether a feature should be flag guarded. In this case, it seems fine to land it without a flag.
If it's a larger change to behavior for a feature that is likely to affect existing sites, you'd want to go through a separate intent process. In this case, it seems like we should just land the fix :) Thanks again, Vlad On Fri, Sep 18, 2026 at 4:40 AM Frédéric Wang Nélar <[email protected]> wrote: > Le 29/07/2026 à 15:10, David A a écrit : > > > *Is this feature fully tested by web-platform-tests > <https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/docs/testing/web_platform_tests.md>?* > Yeshttps://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-overflow/scroll-axis-lock.html > > Hello, > > I'm a bit late on this thread but I was looking at this feature recently > and I think the set of WPT tests was a bit limited (e.g. inheritance or > viewport scrolling were not covered).
