yang harus dibackup: database, sama folder wp-admin tapi, sepertinya backup database saja sudah cukup.
ndak tau cara backup database? masuk phpmyadmin-nya hostingmu. Kalau kamu pake dreamhost, coba pake ftp, download file wp-config.php terus, liat mi di situ, hostname "namahostnamekamu". Misalnya, hostname " mysql.i-rara.com" nah, pake browser mi, masuk di http://mysql.i-rara.com terus, username sama passwordnya liat juga yang di wp-config.php itu. Pasti ada user dan pass, toh? kalau sudah masuk di phpmyadmin, pilih database yang dipakai utk installasi wordpress. (kalau ndak tau nama databasenya, liat lagi di wp-config.php, ada di situ nama database) terus, kalau sudah pilih namadatabasenya, masuk di tab export. terus, kasih tanda check di --save as file-- terus, ok / go / save sudah, tinggal tunggu download databasenya selesai. Kalau sudah, upload mi file-file wordpress itu pake ftp. habis itu, masuk di: http://namadomainkamu/wp-admin/upgrade.php terus ikuti mi yg keliatan di layarmu sudah.. sudah.. sudah..
