Clearly I can't go rebooting the machine every time this happens.

Anyone care to wager a guess as to what it was that caused the problem?

On a site that was working fine, I updated the 'Web Server Aliases' and
hit Save.

Now PHP is serving up code instead of the page. I've
disabled/save/re-enabled suPHP, but nothing changed. Other sites on
that server are working as expected.

I'm hoping that I'll post this year and magically find the answer. I've
search my email archives of the list, and can't find anything else that
seems to work.

No software added to the machine recently.

The 20:34 is close to when I made the initial change, but I can't be for
sure.
