Hi Don,
Which version of BlueOnyx? I can't stress this enough. If someone tells
me he has a problem with a BlueOnyx, then I need to know the model
number: 5106R, 5107R, 5108R, 5207R, 5208R or 5209R.
Things to check:
Does the VirtualHost container of that Vsite in the Apache config still
have the PHP related lines?
Apache Error log. There could be very indicative suPHP related error
messages in /var/log/httpd/error_log

On a site that was working fine, I updated the 'Web Server Aliases'
and hit Save.
Now PHP is serving up code instead of the page. I've
disabled/save/re-enabled suPHP, but nothing changed. Other sites on
that server are working as expected.
I'm hoping that I'll post this year and magically find the answer.
I've search my email archives of the list, and can't find anything
else that seems to work.
No software added to the machine recently.
