Update;

Running /etc/cron.daily/newlinq_cron.pl didnt' solve the problem (nor the other 
steps)

I still get "" License verification error: NewLinQ could not establish that you 
have a valid license to use this product. Please contact BlueOnyx support."

I had to re-enter email/password and then got this:

Hi Richard,

 

Licence status checks says everything is ok, however a red banner appears 
saying when opening the programs

" License verification error: NewLinQ could not establish that you have a valid 
license to use this product. Please contact BlueOnyx support."

 

In the GUI please go to "Software Updates" / "BlueOnyx Shop" and click

on "Status Check" and then on "Expiry Report". That should force a

revalidation of the licenses and you should be fine.

 

If that (for some reason) doesn't work, run this script as root:

/etc/cron.daily/newlinq_cron.pl

 

It may take 5 minutes until it completes, as there is a "sleep

rand(300)" in the script, but once it goes through you'll be fine.
