I have thought about developing a menu plugin for Blueprint, but I
always run into a wall when it comes to styles. Every menu for every
project requires unique styles, so what would be the best way to
implement default styles.

In fact now that I think about it... developing defaults for BP
plugins is kind of the biggest hurdle for plugin development in
general!?!!

Maybe adding the menus from the link you provided would be a good
start and people could just add more? You does the BP community think?
