Not sure what you are asking for - I presume you want to maintain vertical rythm. Do so by using ems as your unit of measure instead of pixels and if baseline is 1.5ems, then min-heights or max-heights are set to multiples of that. This allows font resizing to adjust vertical spacing and sizing proportionately.
