With the line-height used in Blueprint, the content should naturally
be multiples of 18px. If you keep your images to that restriction,
then you'll keep that result. As for being able to control the height
of your columns any further, CSS is not very good for that, but you
can fix the height of any element the same way you would fix the
width.
