FYI: The next release of compass will provide mixins that support many of
the new css3 properties and gracefully degrade to browser specific versions
of the same properties. In many cases, you can have pretty wide support of
the css3 properties. E.g. border-radius, ellipsis, inline-block, and
opacity. All for the low cost of bloated css ;-)
