The folks at HML5 Doctor have great resources on HTML5, you might want to
look at that.

In particular, they have a "reset" stylesheet (that adds some styles, so you

They also have a script to force IE less than 8 to style the new elements :

Blueprint is a CSS2 framework. It supports current technologies: CSS2,
