I created a small Compass utility to help with creating new baselines for Blueprint.
http://github.com/ltackett/blueprint_themes I'm interpreting the desire to change colors, typography sizes, grid sizes etc. as "themes" in terms of Blueprint -- as opposed to "themes created using Blueprint", which I have no interest in illustrating. It still needs a lot of work, I consider this proof-of-concept at best. And in any event, this functionality was already available in Compass.
