I've got this work in 'blur-25-cluster-config'
Oddly, I'm getting failures on testIsEnabledEnabledTable - specifically the
second (cache=true) assertion. If I add a Thread.sleep(500) in there it all
works - so I want to believe this is an unrelated timing issue but still
looking.
Also, I'm not at all sure what to do about testing this stuff - I could use
some pointers.
