Ok, I like the BlurException/BlurConfigurationException better. If you go with
BlurConfigurationException be aware that only the BlurException fields will be
transmitted across the thrift wire. Granted where this exception would be
thrown, thrift would never be involved, but for future reference just take care
when you extend any thrift class. Check out BException as an example.
