The vote is quorate.
A quorum could be reached with a simple majority of 4 votes.

average: 2,17

1 point: 2 times – average: 2)
Community - 3 points: 4 times, 2 points: 2 times, 1 point: 0 times –
average: 2,67
(FYI, including deputies' motion: 3 points: 6 times, 2 points: 2 times,
1 point: 0 times – average: 2,75)
Rolling - 3 points: 0 times, 2 points: 1 time, 1 point: 5 times –
average: 1,17
(FYI, including deputies' motion: 3 points: 0 times, 2 points: 2 times,
1 point: 6 times – average: 1,25)
Decision: The proposal "Community" has been accepted.
