It is going to be a work group that takes care for the data transfer with reputation and contract system incorporated. It essentially is the one that I presented at iiw2007b. The initial thoughts are posted at http://wiki.openid.net/Trusted_Data_Exchange . Also, related is the http://myidproject.net/?OpenIDReputationService which talks about PAPE by the way.
It is in concert with OASIS Open Open Reputation Management System TC (ORMS TC) which is planned to be started in April with Abbie Barbir of Nortel as the TC Convener, and eventually the Chair (together with Tony and me as the co-chair.)
