O.K, i used Synaptic Package Manager instead, searched for Boinc, selected Boinc, then Forced it use 7.0.65 instead of 7.0.27 (Why do they still have 7.0.27 as the default?) then unselected Boinc and just downloaded and applied the dependencies, Boinc 7.2.23 now runs:
