Ha ha, Dan, guess what? I solve the second problem!

Thank for the hint of "\b", so I experimentally deleted the "\b"
around the "$term". Now the highlight plugin can support "words=false"
searching. Actually it is the [(search)] doing the search, the
[(highlight)] only supports the output.

Never mind. It's not urgent.

Yes, I was likely to ask the highlight supporting all the [(search)]
syntax, but I finally realized that the highlight is using standard
[(search)]. So I have no problem with this. Just forget to correct the
"three". :)
