For a start you could copy the whole thing from the source of the webpage (from <!--ddmenu> to </dd>) to a code.embed.dropdown page and hardcode the links and the css inside that page. This works.
To use js on a code.embed page you need a line like <code><script type="text/javascript"> on top and </script></code> at the end. How to port links like '#' to Boltwire? I do not know.
