Found that if I have a blank line after the header line it doesn't do that. Seems the opposite of what I would expect.
!![[page|Some title of a page]] [if !ingroup groupa && !ingroup groupb](GM Only)[if] <blank line> next line of text.... Noticed this on another page I had where it looked like the same thing was working.
