Just when I started to gather the information you asked for, I saw the following:
When you create a page like 'äöü' from within BoltWire, the file name will be '%c3%a4%c3%b6%c3%bc' and everything will be working. What I did was to mass rename my files. Obviously, I used file names like 'äöü'. There is no way to use file names like 'äöü' and still get functioning pages with umlauts, is there? Thanks for the help!
